Project descriptions, dates, values and areas are provided as a summary of completed work and may be rounded or approximate.

Nothing on this website constitutes professional, technical, engineering, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as such. It does not create a professional relationship between you and MDSA.

No content on this website constitutes an offer, quotation or binding commitment. Any engagement with MDSA is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement.

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, graphics, photographs, the MDSA name and the MDSA logo — is owned by or licensed to MDSA and is protected by South African and international copyright and trade mark law.

You may view this website and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.

5. Project imagery and third-party names

Project photographs are of work in which MDSA acted as project manager, construction manager, tenant coordinator or client representative. Client, developer, tenant and brand names appear solely to identify the projects concerned and to describe MDSA's role.

All third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of MDSA by those parties, nor any ownership claim by MDSA.

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of these terms;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
• Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the proper operation of the site;
• Use automated means to scrape, harvest or systematically extract content;
• Submit false, abusive, defamatory or unlawful content through the contact form or the AI assistant;
• Use the contact form or assistant to send unsolicited commercial communications.

We may restrict access to the website where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

This website links to third-party sites, including social media platforms and mapping services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.
