Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the website at mdsapm.co.za, operated by MDSA Project & Construction Management (Pty) Ltd (“MDSA”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using this website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Information on this website

The content of this website is provided for general information about MDSA and its services. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete, accurate or up to date at any given time.

Project descriptions, dates, values and areas are provided as a summary of completed work and may be rounded or approximate.

2. No professional advice

Nothing on this website constitutes professional, technical, engineering, legal or financial advice, and nothing on it should be relied on as such. It does not create a professional relationship between you and MDSA.

No content on this website constitutes an offer, quotation or binding commitment. Any engagement with MDSA is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement.

3. The AI assistant

This website provides an automated AI assistant. It is software, not a member of our staff, and it is clearly identified as such.

The assistant can make mistakes. Its responses are generated automatically and may be incomplete or incorrect. Nothing the assistant says is a professional opinion, a quotation, a commitment or a representation binding on MDSA.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential project details, tender information or identity or financial details through the chat. Messages are transmitted to a third-party AI provider — see our Privacy Policy.

For anything you intend to rely on, contact us directly at info@mdsapm.co.za or +27 12 343 6866.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, layout, design, graphics, photographs, the MDSA name and the MDSA logo — is owned by or licensed to MDSA and is protected by South African and international copyright and trade mark law.

You may view this website and print or download extracts for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not otherwise reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written permission.

5. Project imagery and third-party names

Project photographs are of work in which MDSA acted as project manager, construction manager, tenant coordinator or client representative. Client, developer, tenant and brand names appear solely to identify the projects concerned and to describe MDSA's role.

All third-party trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of MDSA by those parties, nor any ownership claim by MDSA.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may restrict access to the website where we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.

This website links to third-party sites, including social media platforms and mapping services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute endorsement.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the website available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable during maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where it applies, MDSA will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website — including any reliance placed on its content or on responses generated by the AI assistant.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this website is subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.

12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Your continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
